Tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us directly to schedule a tour.

During your tour we will discuss available dates, desired timeframe and your expected guest count as well as any add ons you’d like. Once you've decided that we're the perfect fit for your event, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your date along with the signed contract. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Dates are first come, first serve and are officially booked once the deposit has been received.

Round and rectangle tables, wood chiavari chairs. Misc. furniture and mobile bar. Linens of any color can be added for $15 per linen. Runners of any color can be added for $3 per runner.

All tables, chairs, linens and decor (if added) are set up for you before you arrive. Breakdown and cleaning of your event is also handled by our team.

Access to prep area that features plenty of counter space, fridge, microwave and sink - as well as two guest bathrooms located in the back of the venue.

Free WiFi. Portable TV and bluetooth speaker.

Free parking in front of building, downtown and around the square.

In house pricing with EmKay Creations - balloons, backdrops, marquees etc.

You are welcome to bring any food, desserts, snacks and caterers to the venue. You will have access to a prep kitchen to store and heat any items if necessary.

We are a BYOB facility - beer, wine, seltzers, champagne only. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.

We have an open vendor policy! Please feel free to use any vendor/company to help bring your event to life. We love supporting small local businesses and will provide you with a vendor list of our favorite people if needed.

Our goal is to always offer reasonable pricing that will work within your budget. We will assist in any way we can, including offering seasonal discounts and running specials.

We offer 10% off for military, first responders and teachers. Please let us know if you fall under any of these categories!

Pricing excludes taxes & service fees. Tax and a $100 cleaning fee are added to the total. If you believe you are taxt exempt, please let us know.

Pricing breakdowns can be provided upon request prior to touring the venue.

Payments are conveniently processed through QuickBooks. Upon booking and signing the contract, 50% of the total amount is due, with the remaining 50% charged or paid 2 weeks prior to your event.

Payments can also be made in full.

Subject to venue availability, arranging setup the day prior to your event is an option.
