$700 - Half Day

6 consecutive hours | Setup + Event + Cleanup

Morning: 9:00 - 3:00 PM or 10:00 - 4:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 - 10:00 PM, 5:00 - 11:00 PM or 6:00 - Midnight

All rental timeframes are subject to availability and are confirmed upon booking.

$1,400 - Full Day

15 consecutive hours | Setup + Event + Cleanup

9:00 AM to Midnight

Client access begins at 9:00 AM, Venue must be vacated by midnight

$145 - Weekend Hourly

4 hour minimum | Setup + Event + Cleanup

Morning: Rental may begin between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and must end by 4:00 PM.
Evening: Rental may begin between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and must end by Midnight.

All rental timeframes are subject to availability and are confirmed upon booking.

$100 - Weekday Hourly

Monday through Thursday | No minimum

Please note - Your rental time includes the entire time you have access to the venue, including setup and cleanup. We cannot accommodate early arrivals or early access to the venue. Please plan to arrive at the start of your reserved rental time. All clients, guests, and vendors must exit by the end of the reserved rental period.

50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit becomes non refundable for cancellations made within 180 days of the event.

Tax and a $100 cleaning fee are added to the total.
